In my August 4th post (a few changes), I described how They took our old stepping stone to the bed and replaced it. The old one was broken and we need a boost up since we’re both 10ish. The old is now my viewpoint at the front window. Kenzie is agile enough to get up on the grooming table but I’m not. I delayed showing the replacement because Kenzie hasn’t used it yet. That little acrobat goes everywhere he’s not supposed to go because he can. Both of us love to get on Their bed, landscape it just the way we want it so it is “just so” and then nap on it. I can’t figure out why Kenzie hasn’t gone up it or down it yet. It took clumsy old me a minute to go up and down (well, I have to admit that They put a treat up on the bed caused me to go up and then They put one on the floor which caused me to go down). I’m a pro and Kenzie is stuck on the floor unless one of Them lifts him. I’m actually on top of the bed but it is hard to tell-I’m in my camouflage outfit.
Not only that, it can change from steps to a ramp but that doesn’t help
Maybe he thinks he’ll get stereotyped as a “senior”? Any ideas? He’s not food driven at all (but he’s been eating better lately).
He may be getting a complex from this-Kismet just laughs at him from her cage. Kismet’s advice to Kenzie is to flap his front legs. So far, that’s the most intelligent suggestion we’ve had.

Maybe the ramp will help on the way down…you can just slide!
Bella and Roxy just jump on the bed. But alas, I Daisy, have never been good at jumping….

He’s not into toys. They did NOT like my idea of putting a bunny on top of the bed.
Oh my you guys are ever cute. Maybe Kenzie will change his mind go up the thingy soon. Maybe a piece of chicken at the top?

Maybe Kenzie is enjoying chilling on the floor. I get too hot on the bed so often sleep on the floor
But you can get on the bed and so sometimes. It’s been almost 3 weeks.
