The floor was just picked up with all the papers five minutes ago. Here we go again. She throws a paper towel over it to soak it up. An hour from now, the place will look like a blizzard hit it. See the “piddle pad” in the distance? It must have come from a Richard Branson company because it is still a Virgin. They take Kaci out for a 15 minute walk outside and she does nothing. When Kaci come inside, she rushes over to the floor and lets fly because she’s been holding it outside for when we come inside. She’s reverse house-broken. It’s a good thing we got rid of the carpet.
Kaci claims that she’s just stimulating the economy. “I’m doing my part to consume”. So my advice is to buy paper stocks. If you’re into commodities, buy the physical paper. Whatever you do, get in on the ground floor (before it becomes wet again).

Maybe you guys need to remove the tile, so it don’t rot from the bottom, just have the concrete treated with water replent. Heres a thought, Mom made me a diaper holder that you put baby diapers in, cause sometimes a girl just has to go.

The tile is fine-it is stone. Diapers may be degrading, but we’ll look into it. Now add diaper stocks to the list. Is there one that does towels and diapers also? We’ll corner the market.

It’s frightening to see to whom we’re leaving the world.
Oh dear. We have ‘leaks’ of excitement from Raffles which The Producer (and I) is hoping will clear up when he is a little older but we are fortunate. He was brought up in a grass run so he is used to using grass and as long as he has access to grass he will use it.
Good thing because he is a machine!! I tell you if we could find a use for it we’d be millionaires!! And he’s not 15 weeks old yet 😦
They’ll wake up one morning and find me floundering in a slurry pit that used to be the kitchen – look forward to the time when he can hold it all night.
Oh, she can hold it. It’s a matter of where she chooses to unload.
Oh dear…Kaci is really challenging you Kyla – elbowing in on your food and treats and now this! Try be patient, we are sure she will come around soon.

Oh-she does that also. She gives new meaning to “the runs” because she walks as she poops and leaves a trail. She doesn’t like carpet for either end and that makes it somewhat bearable.
Oh you are in a pisser. Just don’t slip in it on the tile floor or we might be buying stock in the medical realm.

Those kill shelters are traumatizing. If she was in a pen with a concrete floor, it may be what she’s used to – you know, indoor feeling, stone floor. Why do humans have such horrible places to keep such loving beings? I wish shelters were like little fur-ever homes for dogs in waiting. If only… Kaci will come around but it will take time. You show her what to do Kyla, she’ll learn. xo
