First of all TOAD UPDATE: The name chosen was Kharma-it starts with a “K” and She likes that plus Kharma and Kismet go together. Doggy-good suggestion and were many of the others but a small toad only gets one name. It rained and we haven’t seen Kharma for a few days, maybe she left for dustier pastures.
She decided that Kaci was unprotected. Kaci has an uneven coat and plenty of spots with pink skin.
She decided to get Kaci a sweater with the return of cool (not cold here) weather. The only stuff they had where she went to shop was Christmas themed. She got one anyway.
Her rationale is that it’s only cold in December. I get nothing because They let my fur grow and I’m a wooly bully. All it takes is one freak storm in February and they’ll all be laughing at you, kid.

We get woolly in winter, too. Kaci looks very festive in her jumper.
But that’s her entire wardrobe.

Mom thinks Kaci looks cute and for the time being agrees that she needs the extra protection. Dad is a huge non-believer of dog dressing which we generally agree with. We also go for the full, woolly winter look but mom still worries that we may get cold.
I agree with Dad but Kaci has only been with us for less than a month and by the time her fur grows back to a wooly bully look, it will be spring. Winters are short and mild here. Many from around North America come here to spend the winter, but occasionally it gets below freezing.
I think it looks not bad, its a very nice color and a cool “christmas-dogoration” :o)
If it gets cold in February, she’ll look way out of season

We just saw it and loved it. Kaci is now into chasing birds and rabbits but hasn’t bothered the toad yet.
