We have two special ornaments on our tree. The first is named Kyla
That’s yours truly, of course (maybe after a few too many egg noggs-look at that nose). Then there was one that was renamed:
In previous Decembers, this was Kenzie but now it’s Kaci. Before you get upset, I know Kenzie would approve. Somehow I feel his spirit watching us.

Just as Kenzie left his earthly body, he passes the torch (ornament). He now has that larger than life new body that’s looking in from the window as befits his new status.You can’t mess with family tradition-especially this time of year. We still miss him.
Oh, I thinks they’re both wonderfuls Kyla! I thinks your is a VERY good likeness (well, I’ve never seen ya after you had your spiked egg nogg, butts I think this probally comes pretty close! BOL)
I didn’t know Kenzie, butts I think doggies have a very generous nature, and wouldn’t mind at all passin’ on the ornie!

We always thought it was Rudolph who pulled Santa’s sleigh – now we’ve seen you, in the tree, with the red nose and we now know differently. We’ll definitely be staying up late on Christmas Eve to catch a glimpse of you Kyla – and we’ll leave you lots of doggie treats! (Seriously though – love the ornaments and the idea of the “reshuffle”). xx

Those are amazing ornaments – did you make them yourself? I’d like to make one for Eko – or find a Ridgeback one if possible.
We’ve had them for a few years and forgot where we got them. If one of us made them, they’d look like a flock of pigeons, In other words, we’re not that talented.
