Yessssssssssssssss!

No pictures today, but the Scottie has been kept in Monopoly sets and the iron is gone (who irons anymore in this age of permanent press?). To replace the iron, , they’ve added a cat! Let’s make these symbols, living things, the theme for Valentine’s Day along with the retention of the dog (Scottie, representing the canine world) and the addition of the cat. Animals, rejoice! It’s about time that we, who have good intentions, triumphed. I’m proud to have Kaci go to the Valentines’s ball with Alfie (a  wonderful cat).  OK, Nutty (the guinea pig) and Speedy (the rabbit), you can get in the picture, too. Please include yourselves in the celebration. We’ll virtually see you in one week.

About Kismet

  1. So happy the Scottie is in! You know my boy got electronic monopoly for Christmas last year and there was no Scottie! I had to be a rollerblade and I was pissed!

  2. No dog????? It was defective-return it.

  3. Great that they are keeping the Scottie and wonderful that they’ve got rid of the iron – wouldn’t mind doing that in my house!!

  4. YAY!! for keeping the Scottie! and yes, who irons nowdays?? Although I think they should have had a squirrel instead of a cat, how much fun would that be??

    • I’m just so relieved that they didn’t eliminate the Scottie and bring in a robot (which was one of the new choices). It should be a celebration of biological real life and organisms-like you, me Addi and Kaci. Power to the puppies!

  5. Where are you going for a week? I’ll miss ya.
    Wags,
    Ranger

    • I’m not going anywhere. For certain, I’ll see you next week. I don’t post every day or every week. i post when I have something to say. I’ll miss you until I see you next week. I may or may not post until then. I try not to waste your time but keep on posting and I’ll be reading!

  6. Oh, I knew they wouldn’t gets rid of the Scottie….they would have had a worldwide ‘terrier revolt’ on their hands!! It would have been ugly….
    Kisses,
    Ruby

    • I know about that. You and I could have been on the sidelines and let the peeps take the initiative. There are no more determined peeps than terrier peeps. I guess it was a random peep thing. We’ll save our ammunition for when the peeps don’t want to carry the ball.

  7. I am so glad they kept the best piece…

  8. A great day for scotties (and animals) everywhere! We’re sure you must have been lobbying your hardest to keep the scottie. And you are so right about the iron…Yeesh…who’d want to be represented by THAT!

    Well done,
