We leave on our grand adventure tomorrow. We’ll be posting at night and hopefully we’ll have time to respond to your comments and visit your blogs. We’ll be north of Las Vegas tomorrow night. We’re getting prepared (did you notice that They packed my booties? Boo Hiss):
The wildlife is clamoring to go with us like this little lizard on the back door
The car gets packed tomorrow morning and then we’re off. My contribution will be the same intense effort I’m doing today.
Don’t forget to follow us up towards Canada and back.
Have a wonderful time, if they have packed your booties then you must gonna go on some nice walks π xxooxx
Mollie and Alfie
Either that or They think I’m gonna have foot problems. π¦
I can’t wait to see your great adventure north. Make sure your peeps take pictures with you sporting your booties.
They’ll only put the booties on if I have foot problems. You can see me with booties at https://kylascott.com/2013/01/08/it-happens-every-winter/ and https://kylascott.com/2013/01/13/the-current-fashion-statement/
I hope I don’t have to use them on this trip.
I that case I hope I never see you in your booties.
Well, don’t look so stressed out, relax, your gonna have fun, and foods you never had before. Don’t miss to many days not blogging, we would have terrible withdrawals form missing you humor!
The Mad Scots
We’re going to try to post every day. We may not reply to comments or visit your blogs-but we’re gonna try to do everything.
Sounds like you are going to have lots of fun! ^_^
Nutty, Nacho, Buddy & Basil
xxxx
And we’ll have a lot of fun trying to make Kaci quiet in the motels.
I swear to goodness. You are TOO funny. I love the intensity with which you’re directing the packing exercises. ROFL…..can’t stop laughing…. oh me….
Stu, please get a grip because you’re needed in Blogville.
I’m coming along.
You know you act just like our Little Bit. I’m always accusing her of never helping do anything. She just lays around like you do and snoopervises.
Have a terrific day. π
She does more than I do. I don’t snoopervise. They can handle it.
Kyla do you have as much fun hunting those lizards as I do? It’s my favorite yard game…We’re traveling too next week to Atlanta so no where near as far as you…We’ll be checking in to see all your vacay pictures (ps if you go walking on rocky trails in the mountains those booties will come in handy…gotta protect those famous paws) Have a safe & fun trip!
Thanks. You make your peeps drive safely and don’t get stuck in the Georgia red clay.
We’ll be with you. Now are you SURE you’ve got enough treats!
Hope the rattlers don’t try to take over while you’re gone.
XXXOOO Daisy, bella & Roxy
We’re certain we don’t have enough. We’re taking the mandolin so we can make sweet potato treats in Montana and the dachshunds can share in the fresh ones. We’re going through Idaho so the potatoes should be fresh.
Ooooooh, look at that lizard! Have a safe first drive!
As long as we bypass the Vegas casinos-we’ll be fine.
Have fun, Kyla! Looking forward to reading about your adventures. Much love, The Scottie Mom.
There’s a lot of dogs and their peeps who have never seen what we’re going to show.
I have never seen what you are going to see ~ you are one lucky dog. I have never been able to travel far. Now take great pictures.
Sweet William The Scot
If you travelled a lot, you wouldn’t know so much about the Nati and wouldn’t be able to tell us about it.
Oh boy how exciting!! The day before vacation!! Have fun!
Alyssa, Mr. Fox & Scruffy
It’s going to be a change in my daily routine. Kaci has beginner’s shock-she’s never been on one of our junkets.I’m a vet of the one to Portland OR in 2005 and Helena (the first time) in 2010. We see the same family each time (they moved). We’re taking different routes than in 2010. We saw every red rock between the origin and destination-no red rock on this trip.
Kyla, thanks for stopping by my blog and I like the older ladies so you don’t forget that!
If you like older ladies-you’ll really love me!
Wows, looks like your peeps are all ready for the roads. Now, is that LITTLE box the only stuffs they’re bringin’ for you??! I hopes you reminded them that treaties and stuffies to de-stuff are essential to any road trip!
I can’t waits to see your pics!!
Kisses,
Ruby
As She said, most of what we’re taking is for the dogs. I hope it’s not grooming equipment but I do hope it’s edible.
Have a safe trip and a wonderful time together. The book is great – I couldn’t stop reading. (yep, that’s true she nearly forgot to feed me)
Forgot to feed you???? Call out les gendarmes!
Oh that is awesome! You will be up our neck of the woods. So great you get to go on the adventure too Kyla. And those lizards are sooo cute!
They don’t bother me at all.
Oh great – Canada – that’s where I wanted to go. Dada said he’d take Mama on that Canadian Pacific Railway thingy as a birthday gift – I’m gonna tell them there’s no need to go, ‘cos my bestest friend (you – Kyla) is going and will share photos, so there’s no need for them to leave me …. on my own. (You’d better post pictures …. please)
Have fun my “gray”sful friend – and take care.
Oh no. We’re not going into Canada, just a few miles away. Glacier National Park is a US park. Dada better get his wallet out!
We think you’re smart to rest up before the big adventure Kyla – goodness knows how much driving you’ll be asked to do.
Mom says whoever packed “Angels & Demons” will enjoy it.
Travel safe you two.
Hope you have a great time!
Have fun!!
