Kali and I thank all of your for your wishes. We’ve read every response to yesterday’s post. We’ve visited all your blogs and thank those who had a post about our dear friend. We’ve read all the responses to those posts. We’ll continue to visit and probably won’t comment because neither of us could possibly come up with the responses that Kyla would have.
We will follow Kyla’s wishes but we don’t know what they are. Kyla gave me a packet but it clearly says, “Do not open until AFTER Christmas”. That’s the first time we have ever seen that one.
All of you, please also follow Kyla’s orders and don’t let this mess up your holiday. That would make Kyla mad.
It’s been exactly 24 hours and the house seems so empty.
Update-You’re all invited to be with me as I open Kyla’s packet on the 26th.

I just read about Kyla on the new POTP site. We’re SO sorry for your loss. I read your post from yesterday and I’m totally in tears. Our hearts are with you and we’re sending healing prayers your way.
Well you are darn tooting I’m going to be here on the 26th to see what is in that packet. I’m thinking that Kyla gave us all a lot of joy and I bet she put some of her joy in that packet. We know about that lonely house feeling and it just sucks.

Kyla was truly a special girl that touched so many, including me.
