Nature Friday

This is the best garden-EVER

It’s a vacant lot that is kitty corner to our place. There’s no maintenance-those are “weeds” growing naturally. We don’t have to water, fertilize or do anything with them. We don’t even have to pay taxes or an admission fee to enjoy them.

It may come to an end. It’s been on the market for at least 15 years.

30 miles away, the Phoenix Botanical Garden gets a lot of visitors and they have to pay. The best things in life are free.

About Kismet

I'm a 16 year old Indian Ringneck parrot curmudgeon in New River, Arizona in the wild west country. If you're a sunflower seed, you're dinner.
