The Iditarod started yesterday. Already one team has dropped out which means we won’t finish last at the very least. Misaki (our resident Alaskan Malamute) has given Kaci and me permission to represent Blogville. We’re doing our best with no funding. We couldn’t get to Alaska for the start of the race, so we’re going to have to make this a “home to Nome” affair. Kaci is a little unclear on the concept and we’ll have to do some on the job training as we progress.
I’m going to take time out to show her what to do.
Now, don’t laugh. We’ve gone four feet and see the end of the driveway and that’s progress. We’re a little hampered by a lack of snow but that shouldn’t stop us terriers.
