We live on a cul-de-sac that is private property-even the road belongs to the homeowners.
Do you see what’s in the middle of the road?
If you look closely enough, you can see horseshoe prints in the dirt. At least Kaci and Kali can smell horse.
This means that some inconsiderate peep rode a horse on private property and let it poop. It was just left there. You think that they’d carry a horsey poopie baggy.
They need a Bun Bag ~ a horse manure catcher! Buggy and wagon horses are use to wearing them but riding horse for some reason don’t take to them and can get quite fussy and want to toss you on the ground. Well that has been Lee’s experience.
You need a wheelbarrow and a shovel.
Sweet William The Scot
The wheelbarrow and shovel are for disposing of the corpse of the horse owner, of course.
How rude. Dogs are way better than that. Way better.
Have a woof woof day. ☺
Thank you. Little Bit and you know. Happy Birthday!!!
you know what? That’s a good point! We need to start a PICK UP YOUR HORSE POOP campaign!
DakotasDen
Why should birds and dogs get all the blame?
Maybe they could just hang a plastic bag on the tail….
Maybe we could apply the old West custom of hanging the peep at sunrise.
Holy Cow-Poop! I can smell it from here. Do dey even make mega poop bags for horse?
Wags,
Ranger
Look a the last picture.
Maybe they didn’t have a big enough pooper scooper.
Aroo to you,
Sully
Then I’d hate to see their yard.
That is a huge load. They would need a cart behind the horse to carry that away. People are so inconsiderate.
And they complain about the little drop of poo that happens to hit their head from me.
Just goes to show “stoopid” owners aren’t limited tojust dog owners. Sorry your community was sullied. 🙂
Not your guys fault. We had to vent.
Vent away…I’m right there with ya.
Can you use it in your garden?
The cactus might love it, we’ll see if it is free fertilizer.
Oh my, that is a large pile of poop! The least they could’ve done is shovel it to the grass on the side of the road where it would help the grass grow.
We have no grass in the desert. We do have 2 patches of green in our back yard-they’re AstroTurf.
Now that’s just plain nasty. YUK.
And rude
Yuck!! They should pick up their own stuff. How rude is that?
Wags
Oreo
They probably don’t pick it up at their place.
Wow Za!! That’s sure a big pile of fertilizer!!! Ya definitely live in the wild west with cowboys, hosses, and hoss poo. Not sure whether ta laugh or cry :0
Do you have a clothes pin handy?
This was taken just a few miles away

Oh Gosh!!! A real cattle drive!!! I find cows just too hilarious and exciting…..crazy time whenever I see ’em. Wish I were in that bunch right now :)))))
Hmmm – okay, in the rider’s defense…. Since the rear of the pony is behind the rider, some horses are a little sneaky about taking a poop – it’s not always noticed. HOWEVER, having said that, the rider should not have ridden on private property. We always make sure to pick up if for some reason we end up there (you just never know), and I’ve even gone back and did yard work for one guy. A semi spooked my horse into his yard. I raked all the prints up, replaced one damaged bush….
Monty and Harlow (…and their Mom, who rides….)
Bravo for you! Not everyone is that responsible. Not all dog owners are responsible but some are.
We moved into a very dog friendly apartment and we’re amazed at all the people who don’t pick up after their pets – especially those with big dogs… ick.
Alyssa, Mr. Fox & Scruffy
makes for good manure though, scoop it un and use it in the garden,xx Speedy
That’s poo’s half the size of Kali…
