I know that spring starts in a couple of days and since we really never had any winter, it decided today was the day for winter here. Yesterday we had the air conditioning on in the car and we woke up to this today.
These were taken from the back yard and the last one from the roof at 7:45 this morning. The temperature in the back yard was 42 (about 5 Celsius). She is still asleep and will miss our entire winter because the snow will be gone soon. The post on the Scottiemobile will have to wait-who wants the top down on the one day of winter we have? The worst thing is that They won’t take me to the white stuff to play. I hope the lemon and orange blossoms are OK but that’s another post I have to get out soon. They’re probably OK because it never got to freezing.
UPDATE … Wouldn’t you know that three hours later we got hail. Not for me, I didn’t go out. Of course Kenzie had to check it out:

Thanks, it is a lot of yard to patrol. We didn’t have winter except for that-not in Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan or Feb. Early March was fine-go figure. He claims He’s seen snow on August 1 in Lake Tahoe-swimming anyone?
