STOP, Thief!

Oh boy, there were developments in trouble city today. I wasn’t involved because the fur stealer doesn’t do feathers. Besides flying, there are other advantages to being a bird. Ok, I’ll name another big one. Your don’t have to see a dentist. Kaci and Kali went to the groomer today. The peeps had to spend over an hour by themselves while waiting for the pups to get tortured. To their credit, the peeps didn’t wind up in jail. They rescued the pups (again) after Christina called that she was finished and they brought the dogs home.

I don’t understand this ritual of abusing animals but I guess it’s OK for the summer. If you did it to me, it would ruffle my feathers and burn my cloaca.

  1. I’s just got naturally short hair. I like some brushies, but none of dat trimmin stuff for me.

  2. Fur stealin’ on pups is one thing but trimming feathers on a bird seems kind of silly to me. Obviously you would be squaaaawking yourself silly if someone tried to give you a trim right?? As for burning your cloaca – not sure what the heck that is but it sounds painful.

  3. Looking very tres chic sweeties..but i agree birds need their feathers and those putzes that trim them might like to see how they walk with their toes trimmed..just sayin..Poor Doc will be coming home minus some furs tomorrow..and a cone of shame..it’s all a go in blogville ! Loves Fozziemum xx

  4. The girls look fantastic. We are off to the groomers on Saturday…but wait for it, so is mom! Yup, her groomer is next door to ours so she’s booked us all in!

  7. OMD the K’s had their furs stolen ???? THAT is so Wrong… We are glad that you didn’t have any Feathers stolen. THAT would be nearly ill eagle.

  8. they look fabulous…I had an appointment once too (we won a voucher on a show) butt the furstealer-girl said I’m not treatable…. no idea what she meant…

  9. Mom is our fur stealer. She does our bodies and takes us to the “spa” for them to do our heads. You are lucky they don’t trim feathers. But it does feel good when it’s hot like now (don’t tell HER).

  10. Awww, and I just linked this post to Awww Mondays. So cute.

  16. No one enjoys fur stealing while it’s happening but it sure makes a difference once you get home and have to deal with 100+ degrees. Egad, I don’t know how you guys in AZ survive with THAT. Groomer report cards are just hogwash! Stay cool and safe.
