I’ve been asked what team I’m rooting for in the current Olympics. Nobody’s seen them since 1992, but I’m for the Unified Team because they have it together.
Ooooh, that’s bad and I’ll quit while I’m behind. It is early Saturday morning and I’m still a bit sleepy and haven’t had breakfast yet. I need some food.

Kenzie update Yesterday Kenzie retrogressed and wouldn’t eat very much. The good news is that today he did a good job on his breakfast. There was just a touch left over. The bad news is that I’m not allowed to polish off Kenzie’s leftovers anymore because of my weight and the lactulose in Kenzie’s food. We tried a pill pocket on Kenzie, but he wouldn’t take it despite the fact that it was a test and there was no medicine in it. Kenzie is a tough patient.

Maybe it would help if you got in his face and yelled at him when he is given a pill, and you don’t look overweight to us, just get right there so when he quits the peeps don’t have time to stop you, Thats what bites does with shadow!!!
Kenzie does the opposite of what he’s told. Maybe I should forbid him to take his medicine?
Well I must say Kenzie had a mighty fine snot nose art masterpiece in the Bloggieville Olympics. Maybe Kenzie has just decided to be a feather weight from here on out.

The reference to Schubert is to Schubert’s Unfinished Symphony. Kenzie hadn’t finished his masterpiece when he got sick. Yesterday was discouraging but today is good news.
Kenzie sure is one tough cookie, not taking his meds… If only we could explain to him that they would make him feel better!!
Kenzie is tough. We never turn down anything that looks like food. We loved his Window Art even if it wasn’t finished.

Can you believe I don’t even hoover the kitchen floor? It looks like I scarf up any leftovers, but, in fact, I don’t. Maybe Kenzie’s on to something…..Maybe his tastes are soooo eclectic, that green beans wouldn’t even sway his attention.
